ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are welcome. You are more than welcome to exchange your hair if the original seal has not been broken, and the hair has not been altered in ANY way, shape, or form. You will be responsible for the returning cost, and must provide a tracking number via email to [email protected] . All exchanges MUST be requested within 3 days of the hair being received. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days and tracking information will be provided via email.  We also ask that the billing address and name match the payment method you use. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct to prevent mailing delays. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
